Training Room — Privacy Policy

Training Room is a functional fitness gym in Skopje, North Macedonia. This policy covers the Training Room mobile app, used by members and staff to manage bookings, check-ins, training, and membership.

What we collect

Directly from you, or entered by our front desk when you join:

• Account details — your name, email address, and phone number.
• Membership records — your plan, join date, and payment history (dates and amounts only — we do not process card payments in the app, and no card or bank details ever pass through it).
• Attendance — when you check in to a class or the gym.
• Training data — the workouts, sets, weights, and scores you or your coach log.
• Injury notes, if your coach records one, so classes can be adapted safely.
• A push notification token, only if you enable notifications — used solely to tell you about a waitlist seat opening, a class being cancelled, or your membership running out.

How we use it

To run your membership: bookings, check-ins, class scheduling, training history, and the leaderboard for named workouts (which you can opt out of at any time from the Me tab). Attendance data may also be used internally to notice when a regular member appears to have stopped coming, so a coach can reach out — this never leaves the gym's own staff.

Who can see what

Access is role-based:

• You see your own training history, bookings, and membership status.
• Coaches see the roster, attendance, and training data needed to run a class — never payment information.
• The gym owner additionally sees membership plans and payment records, since that is the business side of the gym.

Who we share it with

Nobody outside the gym. We do not sell data, run advertising, or use third-party analytics or tracking. Two service providers process data on our behalf purely to make the app work:

• Hosting — our server, hosted in Germany, which stores the database.
• Push notifications, if enabled — delivered via Apple's and Google's standard push notification services, which see only your device token, not your training data.

Security

Passwords are never stored — only a salted, irreversible hash. Sessions are single-use tokens, also stored hashed. All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). The database is not reachable from outside our own server.

Your data, your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting the gym directly — see below. Because account setup at Training Room happens in person at the desk, so does account closure.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above.
